Reviews
Better than the department-store version we returned last year. Quiet hardware, honest finish.
Ibrahim A.
Packed exactly as described. The ["plastic"] feels like the sample, not a retail floor leftover.

Lead time matched the listing. Left Shenzhen on schedule and the carton was intact.

Q&A
Is this the same as the retail-floor version?
It is an origin-run SKU in ["plastic"], source colorway, packed by Pacific Source. Not a store leftover.
What if the lot is damaged?
Open a return from the receipt within 30 days, or email [email protected] with the order id.
Can I change color after I pay?
Each colorway is its own SKU. Cancel is not available after Stripe captures — reorder the colorway you want.
