Reviews

  • Better than the department-store version we returned last year. Quiet hardware, honest finish.

    Nadia H.

  • Packed exactly as described. The ["others"] feels like the sample, not a retail floor leftover.

    Sofia L.

  • Solid ["others"] and the 25 notes xylophone with 2 mallets & carrying bag, hardwood pine wood brown black for beginners adults sits right. No mystery brand markup.

Q&A

  • Can I change color after I pay?

Each colorway is its own SKU. Cancel is not available after Stripe captures — reorder the colorway you want.

  • How long until this leaves the dock?

Pack time is 5 days at Los Angeles, then outbound freight. The US window is on the listing.

  • Is this the same as the retail-floor version?

It is an origin-run SKU in ["others"], source colorway, packed by Harbor Mill Co. Not a store leftover.
