Reviews
Better than the department-store version we returned last year. Quiet hardware, honest finish.

Took the quoted pack window. Tracking updated the morning it left the dock.

Lead time matched the listing. Left Ningbo on schedule and the carton was intact.

Q&A
Is this the same as the retail-floor version?
It is an origin-run SKU in ["wood"], source colorway, packed by North Basin Works. Not a store leftover.
What if the lot is damaged?
Open a return from the receipt within 30 days, or email [email protected] with the order id.
Can I change color after I pay?
Each colorway is its own SKU. Cancel is not available after Stripe captures — reorder the colorway you want.
