Every SKU is packed at its origin warehouse. Lead times on product pages are pack times, typically 3–12 days, then outbound freight to the address you give at checkout.

Origin freight is free on orders of $35 and over, and on lots marked free shipping. Below that, a flat origin freight charge is added and collected with the Stripe payment.

Tracking is issued when payment clears. Transit times vary by hub and destination country. Duties or import fees, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility unless listed otherwise at checkout.

Unused items in original packing may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Open a return from the receipt on this device, call 503-758-1549, or email [email protected] with your order id.

Refunds go back to the original Stripe payment method after the lot is received at origin. Origin return freight may be deducted unless the SKU arrived damaged or not as described.

Final-sale lots and used or assembled goods are not returnable.

The bag and saved lots live in this browser. We do not store card numbers. Stripe processes payment and billing details under Stripe’s privacy policy.

Checkout sends your name, email, phone, and ship-to address to Stripe so the charge and shipping record can be created. Receipts after a successful pay are kept on this device so you can reopen them.

Nexorta is an origin-direct catalog. Prices are in USD. Paying with Stripe is an offer to buy the listed SKUs at the quoted total. We pack after payment succeeds.

Catalog copy, lead times, and stock are listed in good faith and can change with the origin lot. If a SKU cannot ship, we refund the paid amount for that line.

Promotional codes, if offered on Stripe Checkout, apply only as Stripe records them. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
